  • Identify trends or recurring data entry errors and propose process improvements to senior management.
  • Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order volume, processing times, and compliance metrics.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and knowledge‑sharing meetings to stay current on product updates, system enhancements, and regulatory changes.

  • 3–5 years of hands‑on data entry and/or customer support experience, preferably in a remote or distributed work setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with customers, understand their needs, and provide clear, courteous communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite—especially Word, Excel, and Outlook—and experience using Oracle or a comparable ERP system.
  • Minimum of two years of combined education and work experience; a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining punctuality.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space that meets arenaflex’s remote‑work standards.
