About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented, and caring individuals to become Customer Support Response Specialists for our Driver Assistance Program. In this remote, contract‑based position, you will be the first point of contact for drivers who need help with navigation, emergency services, vehicle recovery, and a host of safety‑related features. Your ability to listen actively, assess situations quickly, and provide calm, reassuring guidance will directly impact the safety and peace of mind of thousands of motorists each day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and digital interactions from drivers in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Assess each caller’s situation, identify the appropriate service (e.g., Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands‑free Destination Assist, Stolen Vehicle Locator), and guide the driver through the resolution process.
  • Maintain composure during high‑stress or emergency scenarios, providing clear instructions and emotional support.
  • Document each interaction accurately in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with privacy and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal escalation teams when complex issues arise, ensuring timely hand‑offs and follow‑ups.
  • Continuously update knowledge of program features, industry best practices, and emerging safety technologies.
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours, meeting the minimum weekly commitment of 20+ hours while enjoying the flexibility to set your own shifts.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent English communication skills; bilingual candidates must be proficient in Spanish and/or French Canadian.

  • Technical proficiency with Windows 10/11, a wired USB headset (gaming headsets are not accepted), and basic troubleshooting of internet connectivity.
  • Possession of a smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for authentication app installation.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Structure

  • English‑only contractors: $0.28 per customer‑interaction minute, with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes per available hour.
  • Bilingual contractors (Spanish and/or French Canadian): $0.31 per interaction minute, with a 48‑minute minimum guarantee.
  • Projected hourly earnings range from $12.60 – $16.80 for English‑only and $14.88 – $18.60 for bilingual specialists.
