Key Responsibilities

  • Assist members with mail‑order prescription requests, status updates, and delivery inquiries.
  • Identify and troubleshoot eligibility, authorization, and claim issues, escalating complex cases to senior specialists when necessary.
  • Document interactions accurately in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and internal data‑security standards.
  • Participate in ongoing virtual training sessions (minimum six weeks) and on‑site orientation to stay current on product updates, regulatory changes, and best‑practice communication techniques.

Essential Qualifications
