Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Customer Excellence Team. Key Responsibilities

  • Product Expertise: Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to recommend appropriate items to customers, providing detailed information that enables informed purchasing decisions

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year working in a customer service or call center environment, with proven track record of meeting performance metrics
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with mastery of proper grammar, tone, and customer service etiquette
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong internet navigation abilities
  • Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing skills to efficiently handle high volumes of email and chat communications
  • Internet Requirements: Reliable internet connection with minimum 100 kb/s speed to ensure seamless communication with customers and systems

  • Schedule Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays, particularly during peak seasons
