If you're someone who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment and finds satisfaction in clean records and flawless databases, arenaflex has the perfect opportunity waiting for you.

Position Overview

arenaflex is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position based out of Saint George, Utah, and is ideal for a self-motivated professional who excels at managing multiple data-driven tasks with precision and speed. While prior knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) is a plus, it is not a requirement — we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the affordable housing compliance space.

In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate input, verification, and maintenance of critical data within our internal systems. You'll work closely with other team members to ensure that all information is complete, current, and secure, playing an essential role in supporting the operational backbone of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across multiple internal databases and computer systems, ensuring the highest levels of integrity and precision.
  • Verify incoming data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, flagging any discrepancies and taking initiative to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Review and update existing records on a regular basis to ensure all information remains current and reliable.
  • Maintain the strict confidentiality and security of all data handled, adhering to arenaflex's data protection protocols and industry best practices.
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, errors, and anomalies through careful analysis and cross-referencing.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure the timely and accurate completion of data entry projects and assignments.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.
  • Generate reports, summaries, and documentation as needed to support internal operations and compliance requirements.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to data entry processes, workflows, and tools to enhance overall efficiency at arenaflex.
  • Stay current with software updates, system enhancements, and best practices related to data management and administrative operations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while consistently delivering high-quality, accurate work.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • High level of comfort working with various computer systems, databases, and digital tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities for effective team collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining composure and productivity.
  • Solid understanding of data confidentiality principles and a commitment to upholding security standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
  • Must reside in or near Saint George, Utah, and be available to work remotely during standard business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience using Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with formulas, data validation, and basic spreadsheet management.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs, compliance documentation, or affordable housing administration.
  • Previous remote work experience, demonstrating self-discipline, communication skills, and the ability to stay connected with a distributed team.
  • Experience working in administrative support, data management, or back-office operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, property management software, or specialized compliance databases.
