About the Role

As a Customer Care Professional on arenaflex's Small Business Services team, you will be the voice and backbone of exceptional service for thousands of business owners and executives. Your primary mission will be to provide consultative support, recommend the right financial products, and ensure that every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Business Owners and Executives: Handle inbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and confidence. Build authentic relationships with small business owners, understand their unique needs, and recommend tailored products and services.
  • Deliver Expert Product Knowledge: Communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of arenaflex's Small Business Services offerings. Educate customers on how the right tools can transform their operations and bottom line.
  • Drive Sales Through Consultative Conversations: Master the art of consultative selling. Develop skills in building rapport, identifying needs, handling objections, and closing deals. Every call is an opportunity to add value.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Support: Answer questions about accounts, transactions, and services with speed, accuracy, and empathy. Maintain a structured, solution-focused approach to every interaction.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of two years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven passion for building loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship-building, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sales and Service Track Record: At least two years of demonstrated success in a customer care and sales environment, with measurable achievements and a drive to exceed targets.
