Do you want to earn a competitive hourly wage while working from the comfort of your home, supporting real people through some of the most important decisions in their daily lives? If you answered yes, arenaflex invites you to apply for the Customer Service Representative – Pharmacy Benefits Support role within our rapidly growing Drug Store Advantage division.

This is more than a job — it is a launchpad. arenaflex is a Fortune-ranked organization that has built its reputation on putting people first, both in the communities we serve and within our own workforce. We are currently hiring hundreds of motivated, customer-focused individuals who live within 75 miles of Chandler, Arizona, to support our Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) operations. Whether you are a fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree or someone looking to pivot into a stable, growth-oriented industry, this opportunity offers the training, flexibility, and career trajectory you have been searching for.

At arenaflex, you will not just be answering phones. You will be a vital resource for thousands of plan members, helping them understand prescription coverage, navigate mail-order pharmacy services, and make informed healthcare decisions. Every call is a chance to make someone’s day easier — and every conversation is a chance for you to grow.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for members seeking help with their pharmacy benefit plans. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answer Inbound Member Calls: Professionally and compassionately respond to incoming calls from plan members seeking information about their pharmacy benefits, prescription coverage, and order status.
  • Explain Prescription Insurance Benefits: Clearly articulate the details of drug coverage, copay structures, mail-order pharmacy options, and formulary rules so members can make informed healthcare decisions.
  • Resolve Member Inquiries: Investigate member concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions on the first call whenever possible. Escalate complex issues to senior team members when appropriate.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Log all member interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system with attention to detail, ensuring complete and accurate records for compliance and quality assurance.
  • Adhere to Compliance Standards: Follow HIPAA regulations and all internal compliance guidelines to protect sensitive member information and uphold the integrity of arenaflex’s standards.
  • Support a Positive Member Experience: Demonstrate empathy, patience, and genuine care in every interaction, ensuring that each member feels heard, valued, and supported.
  • Participate in Training and Development: Engage fully in the comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training programs designed to equip you with deep knowledge of pharmacy benefits and customer service best practices.
  • Adapt to Business Needs: Be flexible with scheduling, as call volumes may fluctuate. During peak periods, additional hours may be requested; during slower periods, scheduled hours may be reduced — always with advance notice.
