Key Responsibilities

• Create clear, comprehensive reference materials, tutorials, and training guides to help external teams get up to speed quickly with our toolset.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with tools, workflows, and data inconsistencies to ensure smooth operations for end users.
• Escalate complex or high-priority issues to the tools development team, and diligently track these issues using project management software such as JIRA.
• Act as an advocate for the tools, gathering and relaying user feedback, suggestions, and workflow improvement ideas to the development team.
• Partner with engineers and cross-functional teams to help develop tools, processes, and documentation that improve efficiency, quality, and user satisfaction.
• Participate in cross-disciplinary discussions and meetings, contributing ideas and helping drive features and improvements from initial concept through completion.
