Position Overview
The Entry-Level Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex serves as a critical bridge between our external content creation teams and our internal tools development team. In this role, you will provide frontline technical support, manage data entry workflows, create helpful documentation, and help ensure that our partners can use our content tools with confidence and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, friendly, and effective technical support to external content teams regarding the use of arenaflex's suite of content tools.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across multiple platforms, including content repositories, tracking systems, and internal databases.
- Create clear, comprehensive reference materials, tutorials, and training guides to help external teams get up to speed quickly with our toolset.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with tools, workflows, and data inconsistencies to ensure smooth operations for end users.
- Escalate complex or high-priority issues to the tools development team, and diligently track these issues using project management software such as JIRA.
- Act as an advocate for the tools, gathering and relaying user feedback, suggestions, and workflow improvement ideas to the development team.
- Partner with engineers and cross-functional teams to help develop tools, processes, and documentation that improve efficiency, quality, and user satisfaction.
- Participate in cross-disciplinary discussions and meetings, contributing ideas and helping drive features and improvements from initial concept through completion.
- Exemplify reliability, accountability, and professionalism in all work-related interactions, maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented attitude.
- Maintain organized records of support tickets, user feedback, and resolution timelines to support continuous improvement efforts.
