Position Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Data Analytics Manager to join our Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology organization. This is a fully remote, full-time position based in the United States, reporting to senior leadership within the digital product analytics function. In this role, you will lead a talented team of analysts, partner closely with the Digital Operations Center (DOC), and serve as a strategic thought partner to product, engineering, and executive stakeholders across the organization.

As the Data Analytics Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of data within your domain — from sourcing, modeling, and analysis, all the way through to executive-level storytelling and recommendations. Your work will directly influence operational excellence, platform reliability, customer personalization strategies, and the long-term scalability of some of the most important digital products in the company. This is a rare opportunity to combine deep technical expertise, leadership, and strategic impact within a high-visibility team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty technology teams, as well as the Digital Operations Center (DOC).
  • Lead and Mentor a High-Performing Team: Manage, coach, and inspire a team of data analysts and business intelligence professionals. Set a clear vision, define goals, and provide ongoing support to ensure the team consistently delivers high-impact work.
  • Translate Data into Actionable Insights: Interpret data from multiple sources, identify patterns and trends, and reframe findings into meaningful insights that improve Operational Excellence (OE) and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Define and Track Key Metrics: Establish metrics and KPIs for application performance, error rates, and digital experience quality. Identify leading indicators and create dashboards that allow stakeholders to monitor performance in real time.
  • Identify Application Enhancements: Work closely with product and engineering teams to surface opportunities for platform improvements, performance optimization, and greater scalability.
  • Champion Process Improvements: Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements — from data ingestion to reporting — that increase efficiency, accuracy, and analytical rigor across the team.
  • Advanced Data Modeling and Coding: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust data models. Write efficient SQL and contribute to data engineering initiatives where required.
  • Executive-Level Communication: Prepare and deliver polished presentations for audiences ranging from working teams to senior directors, Managing Directors (MD), and Vice Presidents (VP). Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to understand business needs, design measurement frameworks, and connect business processes with quantifiable platform outcomes.
  • Independently Manage Multiple Projects: Balance several concurrent initiatives with a strong results orientation, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

  • Executive Communication: Demonstrated ability to build and deliver presentations to colleagues and senior leaders at the MD and VP level, with the confidence to interact with all levels of management.

  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Independence: Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage several concurrent projects, all with a focus on outcomes.
