Job Overview The Senior Analyst position at blithequark is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $27 per hour. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for leading task groups, performing data gathering tasks, and developing solutions to drive business performance in our stores. You will also be expected to build strong cross-functional relationships, provide exceptional client support, and demonstrate solid information gathering and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead task groups of experts and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
• Perform data gathering tasks, develop solutions, and implement project/procedure planning and data implementation
• Produce reports for teams and leadership to review and utilize, and deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and stakeholders
• Build skills and knowledge, including self-development, team knowledge, and client (internal) knowledge
• Direct and manage direct reports, and provide leadership and guidance to a work group

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job, as well as a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Store insight and/or ASDS experience is highly preferred, and you should have a strong background in driving high-performing teams, consulting management, and project management. You should also possess solid quantitative abilities, such as statistics and data analysis, and be an effective problem-solver with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
