We're now seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our customer service team on a full-time, remote basis, working rotating 2nd and 3rd shifts across the United States.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing professional and timely support via phone, email, and our support software. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. This role requires flexibility, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer service phone calls and other customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Create service requests and dispatch them accordingly, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating service calls when necessary.
  • Utilize web-based system tools, such as OMS, Word, and Excel, on a daily basis, logging all communication in work service requests.
  • Interact with vendors, customers, and employees via phone, text, and email, providing excellent customer service.
  • Attach Field Service Reports to service requests in OMS and audit reports from vendors to ensure all calls are logged in OMS.
  • Act as the nighttime contact for drivers, providing scheduling and maintenance support, and handling inbound and outbound calls to 20-30 drivers nightly.
  • Proactively monitor on-time pickups and deliveries, escalating problems to the proper manager contacts as needed.
  • Follow HIPAA regulations as they pertain to communication, ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Effectively communicate pertinent information to daytime contacts within multiple geographical regions and hand off follow-ups to coworkers on the next shift.
  • Order and cancel injectable doses, and enter helium readings into OMS.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Customer service, call center, or patient scheduling experience.
  • A strong ability to prioritize and multitask with attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and maintaining attention to detail.
  • The ability to articulate thoughts into clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working on computers, using Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a similar industry or role.
  • Familiarity with web-based system tools, such as OMS.
  • Experience working in a remote environment with flexible scheduling.
