Full Stack Developer

This is a remote role under independent contractor arrangement (not employment) Reluna is redefining wealth management with a cutting-edge, data-driven platform. Leveraging advanced automation and scalable architecture, we make complex processes – from data integration to reporting and compliance – fast, seamless and accurate. We are seeking a Russian-speaking Full-Stack Developer with strong proficiency in React and Node.js, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to embrace AI-augmented development workflows with Claude Code. This role involves building high-performance, scalable solutions that bridge frontend and backend systems to deliver an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain automated test frameworks across web and backend systems Develop and maintain robust, responsive web applications using React (TypeScript/JavaScript) Build and optimize backend services and APIs using Node.js with Hono framework Integrate Claude Code into your development workflow to accelerate iteration cycles and enhance code quality Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components Implement performance optimization and secure coding practices Participate in code reviews, testing, and release planning Document code and contribute to continuous improvement processes Tech Stack: Frontend: React, TypeScript Backend: Node.js, Hono, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka, HashiCorp Vault Cloud: Azure, AWS Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD AI-Augmented Development: Claude Code as primary development companion What We Are Looking For: Experience: 3+ years in full-stack development with strong hands-on experience in React and Node.js Versatility: Comfort working across the entire tech stack and willingness to jump in where needed Problem Solver: Able to take initiative and solve problems with minimal supervision Detail-Oriented: You write clean, maintainable code and care deeply about quality Collaborative: Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams AI-Forward Mindset: Enthusiasm for leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code excellence Russian language at professional working proficiency Bonus Points For: Experience in similar industries Experience with Claude Code or demonstrated proficiency in AI-augmented development workflows Familiarity with financial systems, data visualization,or trading platforms Exposure to containerization, CI/CD, and cloud-native development Why Join Reluna?
