[Remote] Talent Acquisition Program Manager

The Talent Acquisition Program Manager will transform the hiring process into a scalable, high-performance program while enhancing the candidate experience and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Transform hiring from a series of transactions into a scalable, high-performance program
- Ensure that every touchpoint in the hiring lifecycle is standardized and of high quality
- Lead the charge in certifying interviewers and refreshing the global employer brand across platforms
- Automate internal workflows through tools like Slack and Rippling
- Design uniform interview stages and map specific competencies to assessment topics
- Audit landing pages and outreach templates to maintain a modern, consistent tone
- Manage third-party spend and agency governance to align with internal ATS workflows
- Look for ways to scale through technology and automate kickoff workflows
- Formalize internship programs and build relationships with universities
- Track candidate NPS and enhance the onsite experience
Skills
- Proven track record of designing uniform interview stages and mapping specific competencies to assessment topics to ensure unbiased, high-quality hiring decisions
- Experience auditing landing pages and outreach templates to maintain a modern, consistent tone
- Comfortable managing third-party spend and agency governance, ensuring all external partnerships align with internal ATS workflows and 'Direct-First' recruiting windows
- Look for ways to scale through technology, with a specific interest in automating kickoff workflows and building centralized FAQ repositories to reduce manual pings
- Experience formalizing internship programs, from university mapping and relationship building to designing department-specific capstone projects
- Dedicated to tracking candidate NPS and enhancing the onsite experience, whether through standardized invite structures or creative engagement initiatives like candidate swag
