[Remote] Senior Fullstack Engineer, Agentic Experience

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will lead the design and governance of Agentic Solutions, ensuring safe and reliable automation for major brands while connecting innovative AI agents to the platform through APIs and custom servers.

Responsibilities

• Architect and Govern Agentic Solutions: Lead the development of platforms that run AI agents, integrating them with CreatorIQ via data connectors like our APIs and custom MCP servers
• Implement Safety & Governance: Design and maintain robust guardrails to ensure our agents are secure, reliable, and compliant for use by global enterprise clients
• Agent Discovery: Build systems and interfaces that enable users to discover, evaluate, and select the right AI agents for their unique business workflows
• Build Scalable Agentic-Ready Systems: Develop and lead frontend interfaces (React/TS) and backend services (Node.js/Python) that power these agentic experiences
• Partner with Clients: Occasionally represent CreatorIQ in client-facing discussions, acting as a technical consultant to showcase our Agentic solutions and gather insights for future use cases
• Drive Innovation: Advise on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and database strategies to support our long-term roadmap

Skills

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including experience building full-stack applications and distributed systems
• 2+ years designing or deploying AI-powered applications, LLM systems, agent frameworks, or related intelligent automation solutions
• Agentic Systems & Governance: You have practical experience building and governing AI agent frameworks. You understand the complexities of deploying agents at scale and are passionate about implementing necessary safety guardrails
• Backend & API Expertise: You are proficient in Node.js and Python, with a strong background in building reliable APIs and integrating data connectors
• Full-Stack Fluency: You have strong experience with React and TypeScript, allowing you to build intuitive UIs that let users interact seamlessly with AI agents
• Consultative Mindset: You are comfortable talking to clients, explaining complex technical concepts in accessible terms, and turning their needs into future-proof features
• Infrastructure & Cloud Knowledge: You have a solid grasp of cloud infrastructure, enabling you to manage the environments where these agents live
