[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Paladin Drones is transforming public safety with autonomous drone technology, aiming to enhance response times for first responders. They are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships while effectively communicating the value of their drone solutions.
Responsibilities
- Close new business opportunities in target markets such as public safety, security, and industrial operations
- An individual who is comfortable and experienced in a Quota and Metric-driven Sales operation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Become a subject matter expert on Paladin’s drone technology, demonstrating its value through presentations, product demos, and customized proposals
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Paladin’s solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer success, to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management using CRM tools
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or hardware solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and credibility with clients at all organizational levels
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and explain complex products quickly
- Experience selling to public safety or government sectors is a plus
- Knowledge of drone technology and its applications is advantageous but not required
- Experience with HubSpot CRM, Google Suite, Asana, Slack
