- Build and nurture relationships with clients
- Craft tailored hiring strategies
- Align candidates to match both skill requirements and cultural fit
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records
- Stay informed on hiring trends
Skills
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and staffing, preferably within a staffing agency or similar environment
- Strong skills in sourcing and screening candidates, as well as conducting effective interviews
- Proficiency in leveraging job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks for talent acquisition
- Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to client needs and market trends
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple job openings simultaneously
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data-driven decision-making tools
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in talent acquisition for various industries is a plus
