Responsibilities
- Design and solve real-world real estate and negotiation scenarios to test AI reasoning
- Write clear, structured solutions covering valuation, client consultations, and closing processes
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and compliance
- Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model understanding of market trends and buyer-seller dynamics
Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent, or Brokerage Associate
- Excellent English communication and reasoning skills
- Active real estate license preferred
- Experience in U.S. real estate markets preferred
