[Remote] Software Engineer in Test

Responsibilities
- Lead development, installation, and configuration of software and system applications
- Design, build, and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing systems
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Conduct system testing and debugging to ensure functionality and stability
- Analyze business systems and resolve technical challenges impacting operations
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize system performance and scalability
- Create documentation, reports, and technical findings for stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, developers, and technical teams
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
- Take ownership of key processes and act as a subject matter expert when needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5–7+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments
- System analysis, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Software development, testing, debugging, and code optimization
- Strong collaboration across technical teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of software architecture, hardware, and system integration
