Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DentalMonitoring is a MedTech scale-up in a fast-growing medical field, seeking talented individuals based in DFW to join their team. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic account plans, and nurturing relationships with key customers to drive sales growth in the orthodontics sector.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect daily by identifying new opportunities within your territory (North Texas ,Oklahoma, and Northwest Arkansas)
  • Understand the DM value proposition and how significantly it can change a dental/ortho practice workflow
  • Partner with customers and KOLs to understand their business objectives and critical issues
  • Segment the given territory to identify the key opportunities to drive strong sales growth in new business, and reach the full potential in all current customer base
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets, company KPIs, and objectives
  • Identify and nurture relationships with KOL/influential customers
  • Drive local and national events, webinars, masterclasses & study clubs and bring new and innovative ways to drive peer-to-peer endorsement
  • Work and communicate in a multifunctional team. The Account Executive has the end responsibility for the customers in the respective area and therefore needs to be able to influence the output of the team successfully
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competition
  • Fully utilize CRM to report activity
  • 35% overnight travel

Skills

  • Minimum of 3โ€“5 years of experience as an Account Executive
  • Ability to prospect daily by identifying new opportunities within your territory (North Texas, Oklahoma, and Northwest Arkansas)
  • Understanding of the DM value proposition and its impact on dental/ortho practice workflow
  • Ability to partner with customers and KOLs to understand their business objectives and critical issues
  • Capability to segment the given territory to identify key opportunities for sales growth
  • Experience in building and executing strategic account plans to exceed sales targets, company KPIs, and objectives
  • Ability to identify and nurture relationships with KOL/influential customers
  • Experience in driving local and national events, webinars, masterclasses & study clubs
  • Ability to work and communicate in a multifunctional team
  • Capability to provide feedback to management on market trends and competition
  • Experience in fully utilizing CRM to report activity
  • Willingness to travel 35% overnight
  • Adaptable and eager to learn

  • Strong background in sales with knowledge of managing the full sales cycle
  • Ability to influence and provoke customers' ways of thinking
  • Clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach

  • Ability to build and maintain positive partnerships with internal and external customers
  • Possession of a car and a driver's license
  • Experience in the orthodontics, dental, or medical technology field
