[Remote] National Account Manager, LGP & PE
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Natera is a global leader in cell-free DNA testing, dedicated to oncology, women’s health, and organ health. They are seeking a National Account Manager, LGP & PE to develop and implement strategies for partnerships with national accounts, leveraging relationships to drive volume and meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an active key account List of National Accounts i.e. Unified Women’s Healthcare, Axia Women’s Health, Privia Health, Pediatrix, Women’s Care Enterprises, etc., and working with Leadership, Providers and Total Available Market (TAM) as this segment continues to grow
- Identify and regularly meet with leadership, i.e., ELTs, Medical Directors, Lab Directors, Chief of Specialty etc
- Identify and understand organizational goals, strategies and issues and align Natera solutions for partnership
- Educate and recruit National Organizations to offer Natera’s portfolio of tests
- An expert in Natera’s technology and service offerings and be able to represent the company and its business interests at the highest levels: with KOL physicians, C-Suite, Medical Directors, Group Administrators, Lab Directors, Pathology
- Effectively work with the Natera Vice President (VP), Area Director (AD), Regional Director (RD), & Local Natera Field Representatives to develop National Advocates and Internal Champions for Natera in order to help maximize demand creation, product pull-through and potential business opportunities and partnerships
- Implement strategy based on field input, market assessments and trends in order to develop a Blue Sheet Strategic Account Plan which is consistently implementing "Best Practices"
- Develop business plans based on sales goals, expectations and available resources, coordinating regional strategies and tactics with Regional Directors
- Allocate time as defined with leadership, in the field with AD’s, RD’s and CFS to provide direction and feedback to maximize potential collaboration opportunities
- Provide direction based on field input, market assessments and trends to develop an Area which is consistently implementing "Best Practices"
- Develop business plans based on sales goals, expectations, and available resources, including “Area” strategies and tactics
- Attend local, regional, and national trade shows, meetings & trainings
- Complete and identify RFP, GPO, Contracting opportunities within the Nations largest Women’s health organizations systems
- Develop Natera’s National strategy within National Large Group Accounts
- Identify Natera’s areas of focus to help establish appropriate road map within National accounts
- Implement effective scalable solutions to maintain effective long term partnerships within National Accounts
- This role requires approximately 40–50% travel
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience
- 8 yrs of experience in the related field with preferred diagnostic experience
- 4 yrs of experience selling in strategic or national accounts
- Experience in project planning scope, schedule, and documentation
- Experience with large health systems or large group organizations
- Experience developing and executing a strategy across multiple specialties within large health systems
- Understanding of Healthcare Value Transformation initiatives and triple aim focus areas
- Experience implementing Electronic Medical Record/Laboratory Information System integrations
- Experience in National Contracting
- Experienced in C-suite meetings and negotiations
- Google suite/Google docs, maintain and update files
- Experience with reporting- pulling and analyzing reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
