Responsibilities

• Own U.S. marketing‑sourced and influenced pipeline targets
• Build a predictable demand generation engine across digital, field, and partner channels
• Drive ABM strategies targeting major health systems and IDNs
• Partner tightly with Sales to accelerate deal velocity and win rates
• Define and own the category around OR workflow optimization
• Craft bold, differentiated messaging that cuts through healthcare noise
• Position the platform as essential infrastructure for hospitals
• Translate complex perioperative workflows into clear economic and clinical value
• Build messaging that resonates with C‑Suite, surgeons, OR staff, and clinical stakeholders
• Scale high‑performance programs across digital, field, events, and partnerships
• Optimize the full funnel from awareness → pipeline → revenue → expansion
• Own GTM strategy for new products and features
• Build high‑impact sales enablement: decks, ROI models, case studies
• Turn clinical data into compelling commercial narratives
• Build a brand that signals authority, innovation, and clinical trust
• Elevate thought leadership across key U.S. healthcare forums

Skills

• Proven marketing leadership owning pipeline and revenue growth
• Strong downstream and demand generation expertise
• Deep understanding of OR workflows, perioperative environments, or surgical technology
• Experience selling into U.S. hospitals, health systems, and complex buying committees
• Comfortable operating in a high‑growth, build‑as‑you‑go environment
• Experience with OR workflow platforms, surgical analytics, or clinical software
• Background scaling marketing from early traction to rapid growth
• ABM experience in enterprise healthcare
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare economics and hospital financial pressures
