[Remote] Financial Advisor

Alto Financial Group is a wealth management practice dedicated to empowering families through education and principled wealth management. They are seeking experienced, client-focused Financial Advisors to help clients navigate their financial future by developing customized retirement plans and providing comprehensive financial consulting services.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through Alto's three-step process to build their customized retirement plan
- Learning Meeting — take the time to fully understand each client's goals, dreams, and current situation, forming the foundation of their plan
- Clarity Meeting — arm clients with information essential to making informed decisions, walking them through financial concepts, products, and strategies
- Empowerment Meeting — bring everything together, review the customized plan, answer remaining questions, and implement the strategy
- Develop personalized wealth planning strategies aligned with each client's unique goals, risk tolerance, and timeline — whether planning for retirement, funding education, or creating a lasting legacy
- Deliver retirement income planning focused on creating reliable, sustainable cash flow, helping clients transition from the accumulation phase to the distribution phase with clarity and confidence
- Provide risk management guidance, integrating protection strategies into each client's overall wealth plan to help preserve their financial security and legacy
- Support strategic tax and estate planning , collaborating with clients' existing estate attorneys and CPAs to help preserve and efficiently transfer wealth
- Advise on financial consulting and succession planning for business owners and families
- Address Social Security optimization and related retirement planning needs
- Listen carefully and ask the right questions — explaining everything in terms that make sense to clients so they understand not only what is being recommended, but why
- Support the firm's educational mission through seminars, workshops, and community outreach with our help!
Skills
- Active Series 65 license — or an accepted equivalent
- A genuine commitment to putting clients first and serving them with care
- An education-first, consultative approach that prioritizes listening and working alongside clients as a trusted partner
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex strategies in clear, understandable terms
- Ability to serve clients in one of our markets: Pittsburgh, Central PA, or Baltimore-DC area
- Prior experience as a financial advisor or in retirement income planning
