Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Relationship Management

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.

Shipment Coordination & Tracking

  • Monitor the status of shipments in real time, delivering timely updates to customers about location, estimated arrival, and any deviations.
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules, balancing customer preferences with driver availability and route efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot delays, reroutes, or exceptions, collaborating with dispatch, logistics, and warehouse teams to implement corrective actions.

Data Entry & System Management

  • Accurately input customer orders, shipment details, and tracking information into arenaflex’s CRM and transportation management systems.
  • Perform routine data validation checks to ensure integrity, correcting discrepancies before they impact operations.
  • Generate and distribute operational reports that highlight key performance metrics such as on‑time delivery rates and customer satisfaction scores.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with dispatch, logistics, and warehouse personnel to streamline processes, share insights, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
