Key Responsibilities

  • Data Capture & Validation: Enter, verify, and maintain large volumes of employee survey responses, engagement metrics, and brand‑related data sets with a focus on precision and timeliness.
  • Insight Generation: Work closely with analytics teams to transform raw data into meaningful dashboards, reports, and visualizations that inform leadership decisions.
  • Brand Initiative Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and measurement of internal brand campaigns—such as hackathons, lunch‑and‑learn sessions, and community‑building events.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Communications, HR, and Technology leaders to ensure consistency of messaging across all employee touchpoints.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows, recommend automation tools, and champion best practices for data governance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in modern communications, brand engagement, or employee experience initiatives.
  • Proven track record of managing large‑scale data entry projects with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends and translate them into strategic recommendations.
