Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, empathetic, and results‑driven Remote Customer Service Representative – Loyalty & Retention to join our dynamic arenaflex team. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, helping customers navigate complex issues, retain their services, and discover additional solutions that enhance their digital lives. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will leverage multiple systems, virtual communication tools, and your deep product knowledge to turn challenging interactions into positive, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Advocacy: Listen actively, understand each caller’s concerns, and provide clear, compassionate solutions that resolve issues on the first contact.
  • Retention & Upsell: Identify opportunities to retain existing services and recommend complementary arenaflex products that meet the customer’s evolving needs.
  • Multi‑System Navigation: Efficiently toggle between CRM, billing, and technical platforms to diagnose problems and execute resolutions.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical, billing, and service‑related problems for a range of arenaflex offerings, from wireless plans to home internet and phone services.
  • Collaboration: Utilize virtual communication tools (chat, video, internal ticketing) to seek guidance from supervisors, subject‑matter experts, and support teams when needed.
  • Documentation: Accurately record interactions, resolutions, and follow‑up actions in the arenaflex system to maintain a comprehensive customer history.
  • Schedule Adherence: Follow assigned work schedules, including mandatory breaks, lunches, and any overtime requirements, ensuring consistent availability for customers.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload internet speed with a dedicated, quiet workspace that meets arenaflex’s work‑from‑home standards.
  • Proven experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment, preferably with a focus on retention or sales support.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and calmly under pressure.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and a consultative approach to customer interactions.
  • Comfortable using multiple software applications simultaneously (e.g., CRM, ticketing, knowledge bases).

  • Eligibility to work in the United States and residence in one of the approved states (South Dakota, Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin).
