Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Data Entry Specialists to join the arenaflex team on both part‑time and full‑time schedules. In this role, you will be the guardian of data integrity, entering, verifying, and categorizing critical information within our proprietary QuickClaim system. Your work will directly support the delivery of high‑quality, HIPAA‑compliant services to our clients, ensuring that every piece of data is accurate, secure, and ready for downstream analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately into the QuickClaim platform using scanned images and electronic documents.
- Identify, classify, and tag document types based on provided guidelines and visual cues.
- Perform rigorous quality checks to confirm that entered data meets or exceeds arenaflex’s exacting standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in full compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners to resolve data ambiguities and improve workflow efficiency.
- Proactively suggest process enhancements, automation opportunities, and best‑practice improvements to streamline data handling.
- Complete all assigned daily tasks, and assist with additional office duties such as data audits, reporting, and documentation as needed.
Essential Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
