Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated, empathetic, and detail-oriented Remote Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing aviation support team. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Inquiry Management: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns received via phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms, ensuring that each interaction reflects the high standards of arenaflex.
  • Reservation Support: Assist customers with booking new reservations, modifying existing itineraries, processing cancellations, issuing refunds, and managing upgrades or seat assignments as needed.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, working to find solutions that satisfy the customer while aligning with company policies.
  • Information Delivery: Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, loyalty programs, travel requirements, and other services offered by arenaflex.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions within the company’s CRM system for future reference and continuous improvement purposes.
  • Escalation Handling: Identify and escalate priority or complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or specialized department, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Follow-Up Communication: Proactively follow up on previously resolved cases to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty to the arenaflex brand.
  • Performance Goals: Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and cross-functional departments to share insights, address recurring issues, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Brand Ambassador: Uphold the values, voice, and reputation of arenaflex in every customer interaction, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset at all times.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the airline, hospitality, travel, or retail industry. Prior remote work experience is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, courteously, and concisely across various channels.
  • Active Listening: Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers, understanding their needs and concerns before offering solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and multiple communication platforms simultaneously. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is recommended.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work scheduled shifts between 9 AM and 6 PM Eastern Standard Time, with occasional flexibility required based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working remotely in a customer service capacity.
  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, or similar platforms.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, French, or Mandarin, are highly valued.
  • Experience handling escalated customer concerns or complaints.
  • Knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

In addition to a competitive base salary, hourly compensation opportunities may be available based on performance metrics, with potential earnings ranging between $25 and $45 per hour depending on skills, tenure, and shift differentials.
