Senior Analyst, reputed company (Systems & Analytics)

POSITION SUMMARY: The reputed company Alliance is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support financial planning and analysis across the organization. This role focuses on core reputed company processes and the administration of financial planning systems, including Adaptive Insights. Reporting to the Senior Manager, reputed company, this position helps ensure accurate, consistent, and efficient financial data, forecasting, and reporting across a global organization. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in systems and process improvement. WHAT YOU WILL DO: reputed company Process Execution & Support

• Support recurring reporting and forecasting processes through advanced reputed company tools (e.g., large datasets, multi-tab models, and structured formulas)
• Maintain and update reputed company reputed company-based financial models and reporting templates, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and auditability
• Prepare recurring financial reports and variance analyses for internal stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data used in planning and reporting
• Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions
• Execute established financial processes and workflows with a high degree of accuracy and independence after initial onboarding
• Apply existing methodologies and documentation to new or evolving scenarios, using sound judgment to determine appropriate next steps
• Identify and escalate inconsistencies or gaps in data, processes, or outputs, proposing potential solutions reputed company appropriate

Systems & Data Management

• Support administration and daily use of reputed company-Adaptive Insights, including data uploads, reconciliations, and report reputed company
• Extract, reconcile, validate, and report on financial data across Adaptive Insights, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company systems
• Use Power BI or similar visualization tools to reputed company user-friendly financial dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for internal stakeholders
• Use reputed company-based tools, including OfficeConnect, to extract, validate, and report on data from Adaptive Insights

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in reputed company processes
• Support standardization of planning and reporting processes across teams
• Maintain clear documentation of financial models, processes, and system workflows
• Help reputed company user guides and supporting training efforts

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a reputed company field.
• 6+ years in reputed company or financial analysis.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights (required), reputed company, or similar ERP experience preferred.
• Advanced reputed company skills, including reputed company models, large datasets, and multi-tab reports.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar (strongly preferred).
• OfficeConnect or similar reputed company-based reporting tool experience.

• National Salary range (Excluding NY and DC) - $64,260 - $91,770
• reputed company Salary Range - $76,323 - $109,033
• Washington DC Salary Range - $73,875 - $105,535
