Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Bi-Lingual Paralegal specializing in Florida Estate Planning and Probate. The Paralegal will assist with the drafting of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, prepare probate filings, conduct legal research, review and organize legal documents, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. The role entails supporting attorneys by managing casework, communicating with clients, and maintaining up-to-date records on all associated legal files.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Law, with knowledge of estate planning and probate procedures.
  • Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Experience in Florida estate law and probate
  • Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with attorneys.
  • Proven ability in conducting thorough Research for legal cases.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling sensitive legal matters with discretion.
  • Proficiency in legal software and technology tools- Clio preferred; familiarity with remote work processes preferred.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field; paralegal certification is highly preferred.
  • Availability to be on-call on rotating Saturday schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bi-Lingual -English/Spanish
  • 3-4 years of experience working in Florida Probate, Estate Planning, and Estate Disputes
