This entry‑level, trainee position offers a fast‑track pathway into a rewarding career within our Member Service Center (MSC). You will develop deep expertise in multiple business lines, master the art of member advocacy, and contribute directly to member retention and satisfaction.

  • Promote arenaflex’s suite of products and services—such as roadside assistance, travel discounts, and insurance options—tailoring recommendations to each member’s lifestyle.
  • Utilize a “can‑do” attitude to make policy exceptions within authorized guidelines, ensuring members feel valued and heard.
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system while maintaining high data‑entry quality.
  • Collaborate with teammates and cross‑functional partners to share best practices and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Participate actively in scheduled training sessions, coaching calls, and performance reviews to accelerate skill development.
  • Achieve performance metrics—including call quality, average handling time, and sales conversion targets—by the end of the 90‑day training period.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require

  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a call‑center or membership environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
  • Proficiency with computers, including navigation of multiple applications simultaneously and accurate data entry.
  • Residency within a 30‑mile radius of our training hub at 1225 S Freeport Pkwy, Coppell, TX 75019.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.

Preferred Qualifications – What Sets You Apart

  • Experience selling or cross‑selling products and services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Familiarity with membership‑based organizations or automotive‑related services.
  • Technical aptitude for learning new software platforms quickly.
  • Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional growth through certifications, workshops, or volunteer leadership.
