Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused professionals to join our remote team as Customer Care & Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, delivering exceptional support for lost or damaged devices while proactively promoting our Connected Home and device‑protection offerings. You will engage customers, diagnose technical issues, and recommend tailored solutions that protect their technology investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries related to device loss, damage, or technical problems with empathy and efficiency.
  • Solution Selling: Present arenaflex’s smart‑home, device‑protection, and tech‑support products on every call, aligning solutions with each customer’s unique technology ecosystem.
  • Product Education: Clearly explain device capabilities, carrier data plans, and arenaflex policies to ensure customers understand the value of their purchase.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed performance metrics, including sales targets, quality scores, and average handle time, while continuously improving through coaching.
  • Escalation Management: Identify complex issues and route them to the appropriate tier of support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Documentation: Accurately log interactions, outcomes, and follow‑up actions in arenaflex’s CRM system.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on new product releases, hardware platforms, operating systems, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher is a plus).
  • Proven experience in customer service, call‑center environments, or sales, with a demonstrated ability to upsell.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to convey empathy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the capacity to retain product knowledge across multiple hardware platforms (Windows, Android, iOS, etc.).
  • Ability to type 25‑35 words per minute and quickly learn call‑center software.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) with a hard‑wired connection and a distraction‑free, ergonomically set up workspace.
  • Flexibility to work 4‑8 hours per day, adhering to scheduled shifts and meeting attendance expectations.
  • Successful completion of a hiring assessment that evaluates soft‑skill scenarios and product knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with multiple operating systems and wireless technologies, including familiarity with carrier data products.
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish, French, or other languages) to serve a diverse customer base.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving aptitude, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Organizational prowess: multitask with speed and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and customer‑experience goals.
  • Passion for technology and a genuine interest in helping customers protect and maximize their devices.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay: $18 per hour guaranteed during training and offline periods (meetings, coaching).
  • Pay‑Per‑Experience: After training, you will earn $18 per hour plus additional compensation for each completed conversation, with top performers earning $28 per hour or more.
