Remote LCSW for Family and Youth Mental Health Services
Role Overview Recovery-Plus Family & Youth Mental Clinic is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential mental health services to children and families within a school-based setting. Your expertise will help foster emotional well-being and resilience among youth in our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and counseling to students and their families.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to support the mental health needs of students.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development and improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Current LCSW license in California.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical social work, preferably in a school or youth-focused setting.
- Strong understanding of mental health issues affecting children and adolescents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
