Serving as the regional anchor for marketing in North America, you will own the localized Go-To-Market (GTM) motion, balancing high-level planning with hands-on event activation (an approximate 20% strategic / 80% execution split). Because this role collaborates daily with an international team, you must reside in the Eastern or Central time zones to allow for critical morning overlap. ResponsibilitiesAs the North American brand champion, your "day in the life" transitions seamlessly from international strategy alignment to high-impact regional executionGlobal Leadership Syncs reputed company high-intensity alignment meetings with Europe-based design, content, and executive teams to sync on cross-functional marketing priorities before overseas colleagues go offline.US Cross-Functional Alignment Drive US-focused operations, including sales leadership alignment, regional project management, and heavy administrative logistics (handling briefs, campaign tracking, and documentation).End-to-End Event Ownership Plan, organize, and execute large-scale regional trade shows, corporate partner events, virtual webinars, and localized roadshows.
