Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding Leadership: Guide new arenaflex customers through a structured onboarding journey, from the moment they sign the contract to the point where they confidently execute daily BIM workflows.
  • Learning Content Development: Design, author, and maintain high‑quality training materials—including video tutorials, step‑by‑step guides, webinars, and interactive labs—to support both novice and advanced users.
  • Live Training Delivery: Conduct engaging, live virtual training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring participants grasp core concepts and can apply them immediately on real projects.
  • Technical Enablement: Leverage deep knowledge of CAD and BIM software to diagnose customer challenges, propose tailored solutions, and demonstrate best practices that accelerate project delivery.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, gather feedback, and act as the voice of the customer within arenaflex to influence product roadmaps.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product management, support, and engineering teams to align onboarding initiatives with broader business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze onboarding metrics, identify bottlenecks, and iterate on processes and content to improve adoption rates, reduce time‑to‑value, and increase overall satisfaction.
  • Industry Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging AEC trends, standards, and technologies, and share insights with customers and internal teams to position arenaflex as a forward‑thinking partner.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in the AEC industry, specifically with BIM and CAD tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful customer onboarding programs, preferably in a SaaS or technology‑focused environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non‑technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing instructional materials, including e‑learning modules, documentation, and live training curricula.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, capable of diagnosing software issues, recommending work‑arounds, and escalating when necessary.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
