Position Overview

The Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex will be the guardian of data integrity, ensuring that every piece of information entered into our enterprise systems is accurate, timely, and actionable. Working primarily remotely with occasional in‑person meetings in the Toledo area, you will partner with service providers, Customer Service Managers, and cross‑functional teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities, resolve invoice discrepancies, and support special projects that enhance our operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with external service providers to investigate and rectify invoice discrepancies, ensuring transparent communication and timely resolution.
