As a Remote Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the calm, knowledgeable voice that customers rely on when they need answers most. Our contact center operates seven days a week, and we are seeking candidates who can commit to a five-day workweek on third shift, with available schedules running 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Key Responsibilities

In this overnight remote customer service role, you will handle inbound calls from customers seeking information, troubleshooting assistance, account updates, and general support across multiple client programs. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer concerns on the first contact whenever possible, deliver accurate information, document interactions thoroughly, and leave every caller with a positive impression of arenaflex and the brands we represent.

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner during overnight hours.
  • Listen actively to customer needs, ask clarifying questions, and identify the root cause of each inquiry or issue.
  • Provide accurate, policy-compliant solutions using approved knowledge base resources, internal tools, and training materials.
  • Navigate multiple software applications simultaneously to look up accounts, process updates, and log detailed call notes.
  • Document every customer interaction thoroughly and accurately in the CRM system, including issue type, resolution, and follow-up actions.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership through to resolution.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including average handle time, first-call resolution, quality scores, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Adhere to all compliance standards, data privacy regulations, and client-specific scripting and disclosure requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching sessions, refresher training, and team meetings to continuously improve performance.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for arenaflex and the client accounts you support, projecting professionalism, empathy, and confidence in every interaction.

Essential Qualifications and Home Office Requirements

To ensure a consistent, secure, and high-quality experience for our customers and clients, all Remote Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representatives at arenaflex must meet the following requirements:

Location and Eligibility

  • Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must live in one of the following approved states: Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, or South Carolina.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Home Office Equipment and Technical Setup

Because this is a remote role, you will need a dedicated, quiet workspace and the equipment listed below. arenaflex's software is not compatible with all devices, so meeting these specifications is mandatory:

  • A personal laptop or desktop computer (company-issued equipment is not provided for this role).
  • Two monitors to allow easy switching between multiple open applications.
  • Operating system: Windows 10 Pro or Windows 11 Pro (Windows Home or Home S Mode is not acceptable).
  • Processor: Intel Core i5, i7, or equivalent (Celeron processors are not recommended).
  • Memory: 8 GB of RAM minimum.
  • Hard drive: Minimum 128 GB of available storage.
  • Wired Ethernet connection required — wireless connections, hotspots, and 5G are not permitted.
  • Internet speed: Wired internet with a minimum of 100 Mbps download from your service provider.
  • Chromebooks and Macs are not acceptable and are not compatible with arenaflex's systems.
  • A quiet, distraction-free home workspace with a reliable power source.

You will be required to pass a technology and connectivity check as part of the onboarding process to ensure your home setup meets arenaflex standards.
