Position Overview – Digital Media Client Services Associate (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Lifecycle Management: Assist senior client services managers in guiding campaigns from pre‑sale briefing through invoicing, ensuring each phase meets internal timelines and client expectations.
  • Media Planning Execution: Contribute to the development of media plans that maximize revenue, including inventory forecasting, pacing, and performance optimization for video, display, and connected‑TV (CTV) inventory.
  • Data Coordination & Reporting: Compile, validate, and distribute campaign performance data; maintain accurate records in the Campaign Management System (CMS) and ensure the Data Analyst is equipped with the insights needed for strategic decision‑making.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
  • Collaboration with Finance & Accounting: Work closely with the Sales, Finance, and Billing teams to reconcile revenue, track spend, and support post‑campaign financial reporting.
  • Quality Assurance & Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing workflows, propose enhancements, and help implement best‑practice SOPs that drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Participate in onboarding new hires, create internal documentation, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
  • Cross‑Regional Coordination: Partner with regional teams across EMEA to align on market‑specific requirements, ensuring a seamless experience for global advertisers.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of general exposure to the advertising industry, either on the agency side, in‑house media, or within ad‑tech environments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of campaign workflows, from trafficking to reporting, across web, mobile, and CTV channels.
  • Proficiency in using major ad platforms (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, DV360) and familiarity with programmatic buying concepts.
