Position Overview

As a Remote Part-Time Data Entry & Virtual Assistant Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as an indispensable partner to multiple clients, providing high-quality administrative support, precise data entry, project coordination, and social media assistance. This is a 1099 contract position, meaning you'll operate as an independent contractor with the freedom to set your own hours within agreed-upon parameters. The role requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Compensation ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, paid monthly, with the potential to increase your earnings as you build your client base and demonstrate excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive and Administrative Support: Manage appointments, maintain calendars, organize inboxes, and handle email correspondence on behalf of clients. Ensure that schedules run smoothly and that important communications are prioritized and addressed promptly.
  • Accurate Data Entry and Database Management: Input, update, and maintain data across various client systems with a high degree of accuracy. Manage CRM databases, spreadsheets, and other records to ensure information is current, organized, and accessible.
