Position Overview

As a SaaS Customer Experience Manager (Sales) at arenaflex, you will serve as the frontline ambassador of our brand, the trusted advisor to our contractor clients, and the revenue engine that fuels our continued expansion. This is a fully remote, commission-based sales role with unlimited earning potential, designed for self-starters who are passionate about technology, customer success, and consultative selling. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential customers within the roofing, storm restoration, and exterior construction industries through research, outbound outreach, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events in key U.S. cities including Las Vegas, Dallas, and Orlando to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Leverage CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to manage leads, track engagement, and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent prospecting activity to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

2. Customer Discovery and Needs Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth discovery conversations with prospective clients to fully understand their business challenges, operational workflows, and growth objectives.
  • Ask thoughtful, consultative questions that uncover pain points related to estimating, customer communication, lead conversion, and job management.
  • Map customer needs to specific features and benefits within the arenaflex platform, tailoring your approach to each unique buyer.
  • Document customer insights and feedback to share with product, marketing, and leadership teams for continuous improvement.

3. Solution Presentation and Product Demonstrations

  • Prepare and deliver compelling, customized presentations and live product demonstrations of RoofQuote PRO™ and related arenaflex solutions.
  • Highlight the value proposition of instant online estimates, shopping-like customer experiences, and proprietary technology that sets arenaflex apart from competitors.
  • Address customer objections with confidence, data, and empathy, positioning arenaflex as the obvious choice for forward-thinking contractors.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements and integration capabilities.

4. Negotiation and Deal Closing

  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements with prospective customers while protecting margin and long-term customer value.
  • Drive deals to closure with urgency, professionalism, and a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Accurately forecast revenue, manage deal stages, and maintain up-to-date records within the company CRM.
  • Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth contract execution and customer onboarding.

5. Relationship Building and Customer Success

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, serving as their trusted advisor throughout the entire customer journey.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and drive renewals.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and championing product enhancements that drive mutual success.

6. Brand Ambassadorship and Industry Engagement

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position arenaflex as the market leader.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the remote team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals while preserving customer relationships and long-term value.

  • Experience or familiarity with the roofing, construction, or home services industries.
  • Established network within the contractor or trades community.
  • Social media fluency and comfort engaging with customers and industry peers on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets or other measurable performance goals.
