In this pivotal role, you will manage the end‑to‑end data entry and documentation workflow for import shipments, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and internal policies. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20–$30 and a full‑time schedule of 8 hours per day, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a global logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks that keep the import process running smoothly. Your daily duties will include:

  • Providing immaculate customer service to internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately entering product and shipment details into customs clearance systems, referencing SOPs, tariff books, and online customs portals.
  • Managing the intake, organization, and processing of all import‑related documentation required for U.S. Customs compliance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Maintaining up‑to‑date shipment records in accordance with arenaflex’s record‑keeping standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to all international import and export regulations, including Incoterms, hazardous material rules, and trade agreements.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams—such as Operations, Finance, and Customer Service—as well as external partners like carriers, brokers, and government agencies to deliver a high level of service.
  • Processing corporate financial shipments, reconciling invoices, and supporting the finance department with accurate data entry.
  • Handling remote filings and electronic submissions to customs authorities, ensuring timely and error‑free transmission.
  • Upholding all administrative and hierarchical procedures, including escalation protocols and audit trails.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma (HS) or GED equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
