Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Lead Generation

  • Engage website visitors in real‑time chat sessions, answering inquiries about new and used vehicles, financing options, service appointments, and accessories.
  • Qualify prospects by gathering essential contact information, vehicle preferences, budget parameters, and purchase timelines.
  • Convert qualified chats into actionable leads by accurately documenting details in the arenaflex CRM and forwarding them to the appropriate dealership sales team.
  • Maintain a conversational tone that reflects arenaflex’s brand values—professional, helpful, and enthusiastic.

Product Knowledge & Information Delivery

  • Develop and continuously update a comprehensive knowledge base covering vehicle specifications, warranty programs, promotional offers, and dealership policies.
  • Provide precise, up‑to‑date information on inventory availability, pricing structures, trade‑in valuations, and financing terms.
  • Assist customers in navigating the dealership’s website, locating vehicle listings, and understanding online tools such as payment calculators and virtual tours.

Appointment Scheduling & Follow‑Up

  • Coordinate test‑drive appointments, service bookings, and consultation sessions based on customer preferences and dealer availability.
  • Send confirmation emails or text messages, ensuring customers receive clear details and reminders.
  • Follow up on pending leads, providing additional information or answering follow‑up questions to keep the sales funnel active.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Summarize each chat interaction with concise notes, highlighting customer intent, objections, and next steps for internal review.
  • Participate in weekly performance reviews, sharing insights on common customer concerns, emerging trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Contribute to the refinement of chat scripts, FAQs, and training materials based on real‑world experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; additional education in business, communications, or automotive studies is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer‑facing role such as retail, call center, or office support; automotive industry exposure is advantageous but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 35 words per minute (WPM); 40 WPM or higher is preferred.
  • Proven track record of multitasking in fast‑paced environments while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the capacity to make quick, informed decisions during live chat sessions.

  • Demonstrated success in lead generation or sales conversion roles.
  • Fluency in a second language, especially Spanish, to serve a broader customer base.
