The AIM Group, the world’s leading business intelligence service for marketplaces, is looking for a writer-analyst to focus on the exploding field of “recommerce” --- the sale of returned, secondhand or refurbished goods by companies large and small, as well as by individuals. This is a part-time, freelance position, probably averaging 10-20 hours a week. Sometimes it’ll be news articles or long-form editorial text; sometimes it’ll be online recorded interviews; video podcasts; it may be PowerPoint decks; sometimes “five question”-type interviews. Strong experience reaching sources and developing a beat are essential. Business journalism at a newspaper or other media company is also critical.
