Customer Interaction & Communication

  • Provide courteous, knowledgeable, and timely assistance to external customers, internal callers, and internal stakeholders via inbound phone calls, email, and chat.

Order Management & Processing

  • Enter, verify, and track both electronic and manual orders using the arenaflex Customer Care System (CCS) and related tools.
  • Process a wide variety of order types, including standard product orders, custom configurations, and special requests.
  • Generate and review holds reports, resolve hold issues, and update the Holds Worker Console to keep order flow uninterrupted.
  • Utilize the Viewer System Console to monitor order status and provide real‑time updates to customers and sales teams.

Sales Support & Account Maintenance

  • Assist the Corporate Sales Team with account maintenance tasks, ensuring that client information is current, accurate, and compliant with privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities based on order history and client needs.
  • Support the Management Dashboard in Salesforce, entering data, generating reports, and providing insights that help drive strategic decisions.

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with fellow Customer Service Associates, sales managers, and technical support staff to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively.
  • Participate in regular team huddles, training sessions, and process‑improvement workshops.
  • Contribute ideas for enhancing the Customer Contact Tool, order entry workflows, and overall service delivery.

Administrative & Technical Tasks

  • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on Excel for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s data‑security policies, handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
