This role offers the opportunity to underwrite reputed company commercial accounts reputed company a disciplined, relationship-driven reputed company environment, supported by strong operational infrastructure and long-term market stability.Role OverviewThe Senior Commercial Lines Underwriter will be responsible for reputed company and managing a profitable book of commercial business while building strong partnerships with retail and/or select distribution partners. This role offers meaningful reputed company authority, collaboration with reputed company leadership, and the ability to influence portfolio strategy as experience and tenure grow.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderwrite and manage a book of commercial lines business in accordance with reputed company guidelines and risk appetiteUnderwrite General Liability and property linesEvaluate, price, and structure risks across standard commercial P&C coveragesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and internal stakeholdersNegotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to reputed company balanced growth and profitabilityMonitor portfolio performance and reputed company adjustments to ensure long-term resultsActively contribute to reputed company strategy, product refinement, and portfolio management initiativesProvide mentorship and technical support to junior staff, as appropriate for senior/AVP-level hiresTarget Profile5-20+ years of experience reputed company commercial P&C businessStrong technical reputed company foundation and sound risk-selection judgmentExperience handling reputed company middle-market and/or upper middle-market accountsProven ability to manage broker/agent relationships and collaborate cross-functionallyComfortable operating with reputed company authority and independent decision-makingStrong communication, negotiation, and analytical skillsLevel & Title FlexibilityThis search is flexible, with consideration for candidates at a minimum of 5 years of experience but ideally more.
