About the Role – Customer Service Representative & Data Information Processor (Remote – US)

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive professional to become a cornerstone of our high‑volume customer service and data processing team. In this dual‑focused position, you will manage the intake, processing, and completion of client and lender assignments, ensuring that every asset release and service execution meets the exacting standards of our clients and regulatory requirements. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility while demanding a disciplined, distraction‑free work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accept, review, and validate assignment requests from lenders and client agents, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Process assignments through multiple internal systems, maintaining meticulous records of each step from initiation to final asset release.
  • Execute lender‑specific requirements using client databases, adhering to privacy, compliance, and security protocols at all times.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, delivering courteous, solution‑focused service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Navigate up to 15 simultaneous browser tabs or application windows, efficiently switching between screens to complete tasks without error.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including collections, repossession, and automotive specialists—to resolve complex issues and streamline workflows.
  • Provide clear, concise communication to clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders, documenting interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Take ownership of each assignment, following through to completion and ensuring all deliverables are met before closing the case.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, suggesting enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain a distraction‑free remote workspace, adhering to arenaflex’s security and data protection policies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable).
