Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, bilingual (Spanish & English) Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team as arenaflex Beauty Advisors. In this role, you will be the voice and chat presence that guides customers through product inquiries, order status, technical issues, and promotional programs. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment, delivering exceptional service across multiple channels while upholding arenaflex’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and live chat, providing accurate product information, order updates, and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and brand consistency in every interaction.
  • Document each customer contact in the proprietary call‑center database (CSC) with precise detail and appropriate follow‑up notes.
  • Stay current on arenaflex product lines, promotional campaigns, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Training teams to self‑manage performance metrics and continuously improve service quality.
  • Communicate proactively with Team Leads, Quality Advocates, Trainers, and Managers to seek guidance, share insights, and support personal development.
  • Adhere to all scheduled shifts, attendance policies, and KPI targets, striving to exceed performance expectations.
  • Transition seamlessly between phone, chat, and email channels as required, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to sharpen skills and stay aligned with arenaflex standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in a professional, customer‑facing environment, preferably within the service or beauty industry.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English; ability to read, write, and speak with clear diction and proper grammar.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask—typing, navigating multiple applications, and speaking with customers simultaneously.
  • Strong oral communication skills, with a positive, enthusiastic tone.
  • Proven track record of reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • High level of curiosity, resourcefulness, and a passion for helping others resolve issues.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a minimum typing speed of 45–55 wpm.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency with Windows‑based operating systems and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Instant Service).
  • Ability to work flexible evening and weekend shifts, including occasional overtime during holidays and promotional periods.

  • Prior experience in a call‑center or live‑chat environment.
  • Background in beauty, cosmetics, or e‑commerce support.
  • Experience using dual‑monitor setups and advanced data‑entry tools.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding KPI and quality goals.
  • Familiarity with remote work best practices and self‑management techniques.

Technology & Equipment Requirements

Because arenaflex operates a secure, Windows‑based environment, candidates must meet the following minimum specifications:

  • Desktop or laptop with a dual‑core CPU (Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 3) and at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Windows 10 Professional operating system (upgrade instructions available upon hire).
  • Hard drive space: 40 GB free, 100 GB total.
  • Two USB 2.0 (or higher) ports.
  • Dual monitors with a minimum resolution of 1280 × 1024 (SXGA) or 1920 × 1080 (Full HD).
  • Hard‑wired internet connection with minimum 45 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds; no more than three devices sharing the connection.
  • Standard keyboard and mouse; headsets must meet arenaflex audio quality standards.

MacBooks, Chromebooks, and other non‑Windows devices are not compatible with arenaflex’s platform.

Shift Structure & Schedule

We offer two primary scheduling options to accommodate a variety of lifestyles:

  • 5‑day, 8‑hour shifts: Four weekday evenings (3 PM – 12 AM EST) plus one weekend day.
  • 4‑day, 10‑hour shifts: Longer days (1 PM – 12 AM EST) with three weekdays and one weekend day.

All schedules are fixed; flexibility in shift selection is limited. Overtime may be required during peak promotional periods and holiday seasons.

  • Base hourly rate of $18 – $19, with performance‑based bonuses.
