Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain a wide variety of data sets—including clinical trial information, laboratory results, and supply chain records—into arenaflex’s proprietary and commercial data management platforms.
  • Perform rigorous data verification and validation checks to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, or missing fields.
  • Execute data clean‑up projects, applying standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best‑practice guidelines to improve overall data quality.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (clinical, regulatory, finance, and IT) to resolve data discrepancies and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols in accordance with HIPAA, GDPR, and internal data governance policies.
  • Generate routine data quality reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders, highlighting trends, error rates, and corrective actions.
