Key Responsibilities

  • Multi‑System Data Management: Operate a suite of internal platforms to enter pre‑ and post‑sales information, fulfill orders, process payments, and verify order accuracy.
  • Service Order Coordination: Initiate new service order requests, track product or service installations, and ensure seamless hand‑offs between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ad‑Hoc Project Leadership: Support and lead special projects generated by arenaflex’s sales channels, delivering timely results and clear documentation.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and distribute regular reports on payroll activity, commission calculations, and operational metrics as requested by management.
  • Customer Education: Educate clients on arenaflex’s product suite, service options, and best practices for payroll and commission management.
  • Performance Excellence: Meet or exceed monthly performance standards, including data‑entry accuracy, productivity targets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Correspondence Drafting: Compose routine client and customer communications, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and brand consistency.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and direct calls to the appropriate internal resources for swift resolution.
  • Cross‑Functional Liaison: Act as a coordinator between departments, outside vendors, and external customers to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Order Activity Updates: Provide regular status updates to the Sales Support Manager or designated supervisor.
  • Offline Order Processing: Manage and process offline orders received through G2B, e‑commerce portals, and “Friends and Family” programs.
  • Backup Phone Support: Serve as a secondary point of contact during high‑volume periods, ensuring uninterrupted service for customers.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in payroll data entry, commission processing, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data validation techniques.
  • Proven track record of high‑volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the telecom or technology services industry.
  • Background in payroll or commission calculations, preferably within a B2B context.
