Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end store network processes, guaranteeing product flow through the supply chain and meeting service level targets.
• Respond to daily operational issues; analyze data from multiple partners to streamline and improve network efficiencies.
• Maintain the supplier consistency process stream, investigating root causes of day‑to‑day and escalated exceptions related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns.
• Lead execution audits for the merchandising division, distribution centers, and suppliers, providing actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Optimize supply chain execution by defining and supporting a streamlined flow from supplier to store, balancing cost, in‑stock, and service metrics.
• Collaborate with store network leadership to ensure that pricing, in‑stock, inventory, productivity, and strategic goals are achieved.
• Monitor product lifecycle across the store network, develop and implement solutions to resolve conflicting objectives, and identify demand exceptions, disruptions, and supply chain constraints.
• Act as a field‑level liaison, communicating functional assumptions to suppliers and carriers, addressing execution issues, and escalating critical concerns.
• Identify best practices, coach teams on process variations, and partner with business allies to develop assets that drive efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to the design, development, and implementation of new processes for inventory partners.
• Support the development and execution of end‑to‑end costing and lean methodologies, providing cost‑saving recommendations and tracking performance improvements.
• Organize, execute, and monitor work‑related projects by building strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.

Essential Qualifications
