Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a meticulous and self‑motivated Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our growing data operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining critical data across multiple platforms, ensuring that information is accurate, up‑to‑date, and secure. Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Verification

  • Enter large volumes of data into arenaflex’s proprietary databases, spreadsheets, and cloud‑based systems with a focus on speed and precision.
  • Perform routine data validation checks to confirm completeness, consistency, and correctness of information.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicate records, and formatting errors through systematic audits.

Data Quality & Cleanup

  • Conduct regular data audits, generating reports that highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clean, de‑duplicate, and standardize data sets, ensuring alignment with arenaflex’s data governance policies.
  • Assist in the migration of legacy data to new platforms, applying best practices for data integrity and security.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with supervisors, analysts, and other remote team members to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
